“In commenting on ‘Miroirs’, Ravel quoted from Shakespeare: ‘The eye sees not itself / But by reflection, by some other things.’ To me, that means: we won’t fully understand ourselves without a view from the outside, so we need a mirror, and that mirror is nature. 

This Album is a reflection on my personal relationship with nature, when I am left alone with it. Sometimes humans rise up against nature, sometimes seek salvation in it, but I simply like to silently plunge into nature, renouncing my separate existence.
